摘  要：从企业自身运转的角度来讲，只有确保机械加工设备能够正常运轉和正常工作，企业自身的经营效益才能得到保证。而要想使上述目标得以达成，就需要在日常运转的过程中加大对于机械加工设备的管理力度，针对存在故障或是可能出现故障的机械加工设备要及时进行维修。本次研究工作的开展过程中，一方面探讨了现阶段企业在机械加工设备管理过程中存在的问题，另一方面探讨了企业机械加工设备维修的相关策略，本文将对研究结果进行具体阐述。

Abstract： From the perspective of enterprise's own operation， only to ensure the normal operation and normal work of mechanical processing equipment， can the enterprise's own business efficiency be guaranteed. In order to achieve the above objectives， it is necessary to strengthen the management of mechanical processing equipment in the process of daily operation， and timely repair the mechanical processing equipment with faults or possible failures. In the process of this research， on the one hand， it discusses the problems existing in the process of mechanical processing equipment management in enterprises at this stage， on the other hand， it discusses the relevant strategies of enterprise mechanical processing equipment maintenance， and the following will specifically elaborate the research results.

伴随着我国科技发展速度的持续加快，我国的机械制造业也得到了进一步的发展，机械制造业不仅呈现出了更高的自动化趋势以及数字化趋势，同时也呈现出了更强的智能化趋势，为了使机械加工设备的整体生产效率以及生产质量能够得到有效提升，减少机械加工设备在实际运转过程中所产生的损耗以及设备故障问题的发生概率，保证机械加工设备在实际运转过程中的稳定性，企业一方面要加大机械加工设备的维修力度，同时也需要做好针对机械加工设备的日常管理相关工作。本文就从我国现阶段多数企业在机械加工设备的管理和维修工作开展过程中存在的问题以及具体的解决策略两个方面出发进行了探讨。

1  现阶段机械加工设备管理过程中常见的问题
