摘  要：防火门就是阻隔火焰与烟气蔓延、扩散，严格控制火势发展的屏障，由于单位消防安全管理水平不同、管理工作不当等各种因素，导致防火门应用中无法发挥出其效用，提高了消防工作困难程度。基于此，本文就从防火门安装、维护、常闭防火门开启状态等方面，对消防监督检查防火门问题、产生原因与管理策略进行了探讨，希望以此确保人们的生命财产安全。

Common Problems and Management Strategies of Fire Door in Fire Supervision and Inspection

Abstract： Fire door is a barrier to prevent the spread and diffusion of fire and smoke， and strictly control the development of fire. Due to various factors such as different fire safety management level and improper management in social units， fire door can not play its role in application and improve the difficulty degree of fire fighting work. Based on this， this paper from the fire door installation， maintenance， normally closed fire door open state and other aspects， fire supervision and inspection of fire door problems， causes and management strategies are discussed， hoping to ensure the safety of people's lives and property.

1  消防监督检查中防火门常见问题

1.1 防火门安装不准确

在日常消防监督检查工作中，我们可以发现防火门有着安装不准确的问题，从而导致防火门好似虚设。详细涵盖了设置防火门以前，相关人员忽视了对建筑物洞口形状与尺寸等测量，促使防火安装以后需要开启的力度超出了技术要求等问题;采用了没有产品标志和没有相关质量检验合格标志的防火门，建设方没有根据技术要求准确安装防火门，原本需要安装高等级防火门的，但是却安装了低级防火门，严重影响到了防火质量与防火效用的发挥;防火门启动方面与规定相悖，没有向疏散方向启动，导致消防安全隐患。此外，一些人员为省事，将螺栓安装数量变少，或者是螺栓安装不稳固，且安装以后没有进行适當的维护，造成防火门在使用过程中出现脱落的情况。
