【摘  要】教学的过程本质是师生之间知识的传递过程，因此在课堂教学中，构建和谐师生关系十分重要，也是保证课堂教学质量的关键。因此，本文首先分析了不和谐师生关系的表现形式，然后探究导致不和谐师生关系的具体原因，最后对和谐师生关系促进教学的策略进行探究，以供参考。

Harmonious Teacher-Student Relationship Can Promote Teaching

【Abstract】The essence of teaching process is the transfer of knowledge between teachers and students， so in classroom teaching， it is very important to build a harmonious relationship between teachers and students， but also the key to ensure the quality of classroom teaching. Therefore， this paper first analyzes the manifestation of the disharmonious teacher-student relationship， then explores the specific reasons leading to the disharmonious teacher-student relationship， and finally explores the strategies for promoting the teaching of the harmonious teacher-student relationship for reference.

一、不和谐师生关系的表现形式

在各科教学中，和谐师生关系十分重要，也是影响课堂教学质量的关键，以下针对不和谐师生关系的表现形式进行具体分析：

其一，师生之间陌生与疏离。师生之间的关系对课堂氛围、学生学习兴趣和积极性等均有很大的影响，但是受到传统教学模式的影响，当前很多教师在开展课堂教学活动的时候，对建立良好师生关系重视度不高，甚至出现只管教不管学的情况，导致课堂管理松散，学生很难真正主动参与课堂教学，师生之间的关系冷漠梳理，甚至很多学生对教师产生抗拒感，不利于课堂教学质量的提升。

其二，师生之间存在矛盾。教与学的过程本来是相辅相成的关系，但是当前很多教师习惯性以自我为中心，而这种心态具体的表现就是开展课堂教学活动的时候，教师习惯性处于主导地位，教学手段比较强硬、简单粗暴。加上高中阶段的学生处于青春期，这个时期学生本身叛逆心理比较强，在这种情况下，学生容易出现逆反心理，导致师生矛盾激烈，不利于课堂教学质量的提升。……
