【摘    要】我国加大幼儿教育的投入力度，不仅应优化和完善幼儿教育基础设施，为幼儿创造良好的学习环境，还要积极转变传统的教育理念，将培养幼儿综合素养作为幼儿教育的基础。在培养幼儿综合素养过程中，幼儿园应重点关注幼儿的语言表达能力的培养，并根据幼儿语言表达实际情况，采用多种策略提升幼儿的语言表达能力，让幼儿学会与人交流和沟通，促进幼儿综合素养的全面发展。本文将立足于幼儿发展现状，详细探讨在幼儿教育中培养幼儿语言表达能力的策略，以期为幼儿教育发展助力。

【Abstract】To increase investment in early childhood education in my country， we should not only optimize and improve the infrastructure of early childhood education and create a good learning environment for children， but also actively change the traditional educational concepts and take the cultivation of children's comprehensive literacy as the basis of early childhood education. In the process of cultivating childrens comprehensive literacy， kindergartens should focus on the cultivation of childrens language expression ability， and adopt a variety of strategies to improve childrens language expression ability according to the actual situation of childrens language expression， so that children can learn to communicate and communicate with others， and promote children Comprehensive development of comprehensive literacy. This article will base on the status quo of children's development and discuss in detail the strategies for cultivating children's language expression ability in early childhood education， with a view to assisting the development of early childhood education.

一、幼兒语言的表达现状

幼儿语言的表达现状如下：第一，幼儿进入到幼儿园学习时，由于对幼儿园陌生的环境产生恐惧感，会使他们在心理上产生抵触的情绪。幼儿在幼儿园学习和生活时，经常会处于沉闷的状态，不利于幼儿园开展教学活动;第二，幼儿在幼儿园生活和学习时，由于心理产生的畏惧感，会使他们处于被动的学习状态。幼儿教师在指导幼儿学习时，幼儿会完全遵从幼儿教师的安排。但是整个过程幼儿缺乏与幼儿教师的交流，在交流过程中，幼儿仍会表现出沉闷的状态;第三，幼儿长时间处于沉闷的状态，这会影响他们在幼儿园的学习和生活。由于幼儿园的幼儿数量较多，幼儿教师无法照顾到每名幼儿，未能及时发现幼儿存在的问题，导致幼儿的语言表达能力发展受到限制。……
