摘 要：国际共产主义运动发展近两百年时间，留下大量的原始档案文献。澳大利亚国家档案馆藏有大量的国际共运档案文献，内容丰富、时间跨度大且获取便利。基于档案学视角，澳大利亚的国际共运档案建设路径明确，内容多、开放程度高，具有较高的历史价值、应用价值和知识价值。澳大利亚的国际共运档案建设为我国国际共运档案建设提供了相关思路，即建设档案数据库、多主体间合作以及促进档案的开发与利用。

The Current Situation of the Archives Construction in the International Communism Movement from the Archives Science Perspective

—Based on a Case Study of the National Archive of Australia

Abstract： In the nearly two hundred years of the development of the International Communism Movement， a large number of archive documents have been left. Especially in the National Archives of Australia， there are a large number of international communist archives with rich content， a large time span， and easy access. Based on the perspective of archives， this part of the archives construction path is clear， the key archives and the degree of openness are high， and it has high historical value， applied value and intellectual value of the archives. Therefore， this part of the archives provides relevant ideas for the construction of my countrys international communist transport archives， namely， the construction of archives database， the joint cooperation between multiple subjects and the promotion of archives development and utilization.

1 引言

近两百年的国际共产主义运动（下文简称“国际共运”）对于世界发展起到重要的推动作用，留下了卷帙浩繁的档案[1]。这些档案对于解读国际共运、还原国际共运的真实面貌，具有不可替代的作用。长期以来，对于国际共运，在国内外出现了“历史虚无主义”，借此否定国际共运在世界历史中的作用，也借此否定中国共产党的历史地位与贡献[2]。因此，从目前的国内外形势上看，整理搜集并正确解读国际共运的文献，能够对于抵制“历史虚无主义”起到重要作用。在当下正在开展中共党史学习教育的时代背景下，利用档案对近两百年的国际共运加以解读并建构，可提供党史教育的重要国际视角。

目前国内关于澳大利亚档案馆的档案文献、档案建设等方面的研究，都已取得了一定的成果，不仅包括网站建设[3]、档案项目建设[4]等方面，也从国际关系史的角度[5]对澳大利亚馆藏档案进行了分析。……
