摘 要：档案专利可以直接反映档案技术的发展态势。文章利用定量研究法对档案专利统计数据进行分析，发现我国公众广泛参与档案技术的研发、档案信息化建设成为重点领域、档案技术区域发展不平衡。为此，得出强化多元主体参与档案技术的研发、深化档案信息化和智能化产品的创造、推进档案技术的区域均衡发展等启示，旨在为推进我国档案技术的进一步发展提供参考借鉴。

Research on the Development of Chinese Archives Techology based on the Statistics of Archives Patent

Abstract：All archives patents can directly reflect the development trend of archives technology. The quantitative research method was used to analyze，the statistics and the development of archival technology in China was investigated. The public is widely involved in the research and development of archival technology， the informatization construction of archives has become a key field， and the regional development of archival technology is unbalanced. In order to provide reference for the development of archival technology in China， this paper puts forward some inspirations， such as strengthening the participation of multiple stakeholders in the research and development of archival technology， deepening the creation of archival information and intelligent products， and promoting the balanced regional development of archival technology.

檔案专利是不同于档案学术研究的智力成果，它源自社会公众自发创造力，是社会组织、个人、团体等在档案行业的实践活动中产生的产品和方法。档案专利统计数据可一定程度上反映出档案技术的发展情况。文章通过对我国档案专利的授权量、申请人组分、技术领域和地域的定量分析，考察我国档案技术的发展态势，并提出相应启示，旨在为档案技术的进一步发展提供借鉴。

1 档案专利数据来源与处理

档案专利数据来源于国家知识产权局的专利数据库。首先，笔者于2021年6月24日，在该数据库中将检索式设置为：“发明名称=档案”，共检出9838条专利数据。随后，对命中的专利数据进行筛选，筛选数据的标准和原因有：（1）只保留发明专利和实用新型专利两种类型的调查数据。我国档案业界更加重视通过研发产品或方法来解决档案工作中的实际问题，因而偏向于对具有实用功能的档案相关产品和方法的设计与开发，而外观设计专利以视觉美感为目的、不追求实用功能，不是技术方案，对于考察我国档案技术的发展态势不具有参考价值。……
