摘  要：为了适应新时代深化高等教育改革要求，在应用型本科中培养有责任、有担当的工程技术人才，以通信工程专业为例，进行了深入的教学改革。从应用型本科出发，提出通过完善教学标准、改进教学模式、构建思政教学资源等，激发学生的潜力和学习兴趣，提升其学习能力、创新意识和创新能力，实现学生能力培养与价值引导的有机统一。

关键词：应用型本科  课程思政  课前学习  教学目标

Research on Teaching Mode Reform of Communication Engin-eering Courses in Application Oriented Universities

Abstract： In order to adapt to the requirements of deepening the reform of higher education in the new era and cultivate engineering and technical talents with responsibility in the application-oriented undergraduate course， taking the communication engineering specialty as an example， the in-depth teaching reform is carried out. Starting from the application-oriented undergraduate course， this paper proposes to stimulate students' potential and interest in learning by improving teaching standards， teaching mode and constructing ideological and political teaching resources， so as to enhance students' learning ability， innovation consciousness and innovation ability， and realize the organic unity of students' ability cultivation and value guidance.

河北水利电力学院是一所地方性应用型本科院校，也是传统的工科院校，其特色鲜明，而该学院中的通信工程专业也是既传统又先进的工科专业。针对应用型本科院校工科专业的改革一直在进行，也取得了很大的进步，常规的改革有针对教学方法的改革，针对教学理念的改革，有针对教学内容、教学形式的改革。该文从以下几方面出发，结合该校实际现状进行了改革。期待通过改革，激发学生的学习兴趣，培养出具有独立学习能力，具有工程实践能力、创新能力以及具有爱国精神、良好的职业道德的工程类人才。

1  应用型人才培养教学方式的改革

应用型大学指面向地方经济和社会发展需要，设置应用型的学科专业、强化实践实训教学、促进产学研紧密结合，培养具有一定理论基础和技术能力应用型人才的地方高等院校。近年來，应用型大学为党政机关、企事业等基层单位培养了大量高等应用型人才，其发展越来越受到重视。……
