摘  要：园区和景区轨道交通是服务于特定区域内、用于特定功能的公共交通系统。各轨交系统制式和配套信号系统制式都有各自特点和适用范围。该文较全面地介绍并用工程实例对常用的园区和景区轨交制式和配套信号系统制式进行比较和分析，探讨如何在面对不同的园区和景区的需求和场景时选用合适的轨交制式和配套信号系统制式，以期为以后类似轨交项目和信号系统制式选型提供参考。

The Contrastive Analysis of the System of Rail Transit and Supporting Signal System in Parks and Scenic Spots

Abstract： The rail transit for park and scenic spots served the specific function. Every rail transit and its auxiliary signal system has their own characteristics and range of application. This article introduces the common systems comprehensively and uses the example to compare and analyse the common system and signal system in park and scenic area， and then explore how to choose the right format of rail and signal system in the face of different needs and scenarios for park and scenic spots to provide a reference to the similar chosen problem in the future.

1  園区和景区轨交制式

随着轨道交通产业的发展，园区和景区采用轨交系统作为人员运输工具越来越常见。园区和景区轨道交通区别于城市间高速铁路、市域快轨和城市轨道交通，是服务于特定区域内、用于特定服务功能的交通系统。

园区和景区常用的轨道交通制式有：地铁或轻轨系统（钢轮钢轨）、中低速磁浮、跨坐式单轨、有轨电车、悬挂式单轨系统、自动导向轨道系统、齿轨系统等。

根据项目所在地不同的地形、功能、客流量等因素，选用合适的轨道交通制式。

1.1 地铁或轻轨系统

该制式适用于客流量大、承担城市或区域客流导入、线路条件好、站间距较大的项目，如上海迪士尼国际旅游区（11号线延伸）、上海华为青浦园区（17号线延伸）等。此制式投资大，建设周期长，审批流程繁琐，维护保养成本高，但可带来较大经济和社会效益，适用于重大规划建设项目。……
