摘  要：在高职院校的各项工作中，零星维修改造工作看似是一件很不起眼的事情，但它却对维持学校教学、教研工作的正常开展和师生日常学习、生活的有序运行发挥着不可或缺的作用，是保障学校各项工作、活动顺利开展的基础性工作。随着社会经济的快速发展，学校的办学规模和办学质量取得了长足的进步，相应的，办学条件也需要得到大幅度的提升。随之而来的，是学校零星维修改造的数量和频率出现了较大幅度的增长。面对这样的变化，后勤零星维修改造工作应该如何应对，值得每一位后勤工作人员深入思考。

Problems and Countermeasures of Sporadic Maintenance and Transformation Management in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract： In the work of higher vocational colleges， sporadic maintenance and transformation seems to be a very unimportant thing， but it plays an indispensable role in maintaining the normal development of school teaching， teaching and research work and the orderly operation of teachers and students' daily study and life， and is the basic work to ensure the smooth development of all work and activities of the school. With the rapid development of social economy， the scale and quality of running a school have made great progress. Correspondingly， the conditions for running a school need to be greatly improved. With the rapid development of social economy， the number and frequency of sporadic maintenance and transformation of schools have increased greatly. In the face of such changes， how to deal with the sporadic maintenance and transformation work of logistics is worth thinking deeply.

在高職院校的各项工作中，零星维修改造工作看似是一件很不起眼的事情，但它却对维持学校教学、教研工作的正常开展和师生日常学习、生活的有序运行发挥着不可或缺的作用，是保障学校各项工作、活动顺利开展的基础性工作。

1  高职院校零星维修改造工作具有的特点

1.1 广泛性

（1）涉及地域的广泛性。其涉及地域基本覆盖整个校园的每个角落及其周边区域，甚至经常需要到屋顶、地下室等地方查看情况，用“上天入地”来形容都不为过。

（2）涉及工种的广泛性。其涉及工种包括水电工、木工、泥瓦工、油漆工、搬运工、杂工和空调维修工等等，各类工种一应俱全。因此，往往某一项简单的零星维修改造工作，就要涉及到几个工种的人员互相协调、配合才能很好地完成。……
