摘  要：小组合作学习是一种促进师幼互动、幼幼互动的教学方式，这种教学方式下的活动氛围比较轻松、和谐。那么，如何让小组合作学习在活动中能更好地发挥它的魅力呢？该文结合自身的教学实践对小组合作学习在幼儿园“养植”活动中的运用进行了初步的探究，并尝试发表一些自己的见解。首先，小组合作学习的培养需要先让幼儿体验到合作的乐趣;其次，小组合作学习的培养也需要合理的组合方式;最后，小组合作学习的技能发展离不开教师的支持，教师应该尊重幼儿的选择，创造合作的机会，鼓励幼儿构建合作经验。

Children's group cooperative learning and support strategies in "cultivation" activities

Abstract： Group cooperative learning is a teaching method that promotes the interaction between teachers and children， and the activity atmosphere under this teaching method is relaxed and harmonious. So， how to make the group cooperative learning play its charm better in the activities？ Based on my own teaching practice， this paper makes a preliminary study on the application of group cooperative learning in kindergarten "cultivation" activities， and tries to express some opinions. First of all， the cultivation of group cooperative learning needs children to experience the fun of cooperation first. Secondly， the cultivation of group cooperative learning also needs a reasonable combination. in the end， the skills development of group cooperative learning can not be separated from the support of teachers. The classroom should respect children's choices， create opportunities for cooperation and encourage children to build cooperative experience.

合作是指两个或两个以上的个体为了实现共同目标而结合在一起，通过相互之间的配合与协调实现共同目标，最终个人利益也获得满足的一种社会交往活动[1]。而合作学习则指的是个体在小组或团队中为了完成共同的任务，有明确的责任分工的互助性学习方式[2]。小组合作学习对于幼兒的发展有着积极的促进作用，让幼儿的思维和创新意识在小组合作学习过程中得到发展和培养，该园开展的“养植”活动就为幼儿营造了良好的幼儿园小组合作学习的环境，不仅在活动中可以提高自己的合作能力，同时也能让幼儿在活动中得到幸福感，在无形中让幼儿提高了一定的合作能力。在“养植”活动中笔者也……
