摘    要：油漆间水喷淋系统喷嘴的选取及布置不仅关系到货物的安全，同时也关系到人员和航行安全等诸多方面。本文以某半潜运输船油漆间为例，阐述了油漆间水喷淋系统喷嘴的选取和布置要点，结合国际海上人命安全公约（SOLAS）及相关规范的最新要求，量化了水喷淋管路、喷嘴数量、喷嘴位置等的具体设计，提出了在水喷淋系统设计中需要考虑和容易被忽略的问题，探讨和总结了水喷淋系统的相关优化方案，为同类型船舶油漆间水喷淋系统的设计及优化提供参考。

Selection and Layout of Nozzle for Water Spray System

in Paint Store of A Semi-submersible Vessel

Abstract： The selection and layout of nozzles in paint store is not only related to the safety of cargo， but also to the safety of personnel and navigation etc. Taking the paint store of a semi-submersible vessel as an example， this paper mainly describes the design idea and layout point of nozzles in paint store. Combined with the latest requirements of the Convention on the safety of life at sea （SOLAS）， the water spray pipeline， number of nozzles and the position of nozzles are specifically designed， the problems that need to be considered and easily ignored in the design of water spray system are put forward， and the related optimization scheme of water sprinkler system is discussed and summarized.

1     前言

船舶火災是对船舶本体和船上人员生命安全最致命的威胁，提高船舶自身的抗灾能力，在容易失火的油漆间区域设置合理的消防灭火措施是非常必要的。随着船舶工业的不断发展，人类发明了各种行之有效又经济环保的灭火方式，主要有：水灭火系统、CO2灭火系统、干粉灭火系统、泡沫灭火系统、惰性气体等。水灭火系统作为人类文明史上最原始的灭火方式，随着经济和科技的发展以及科研人员不断的研究和开发，使得水灭火系统的用水量更小、水覆盖面积更大、扑灭更有效。
