摘    要：本文以某45m高速快艇为例，阐述SPD软件的甲装功能模块在船舶舾装生产设计中的应用。从图册和模型范围、模型状态的设定、部件小样的编辑、舾装零件的制作和放置、装饰板的创建和安装、剖视图以及AutoCAD软件出图等方面，详细阐述了如何运用SPD软件进行舾装件的建模，以及舱室设备各视图的创建和输出等功能。

Application of SPD Software Deck Outfitting Functionality in Ship Outfitting Production Design

Abstract： This paper takes a 45 m high-speed boat as an example to expound the application of the deck outfitting functionality module of SPD software in the ship outfitting production design. This paper describes in detail how to use SPD software to model outfitting parts， and the application of creation and output functionalities for various views of cabin equipment， including the setting of drawing and model enclosure， the setting of model state， the editing of parts sample， the making and placement of outfitting parts， the creation and installation of decorating plate， sections and CAD drawing.

1     前言

SPD软件是上海沪东中华造船（集团）有限公司东欣软件工程有限公司开发的一款具有自主知识产权的船舶设计系统。经过十余年的不断更新，该软件的实用性和操作便利性有了大大提高。

SPD软件主要用于生产设计阶段船体、轮机、电气专业的模型创建、干涉检查、零件后处理和图纸输出。本文以某45 m高速快艇为例，阐述SPD软件甲装功能在船舶舾装生产设计中的应用。

2    SPD软件甲装功能的应用

SPD软件的舾装建模主要分为两个部分：部件小样的编辑;铁舾件的制作和放置。

建好的部件小样可在铁舾件零件中显示、选择和放置，但不能编辑，需要关闭零件图册后打开部件小样才能编辑对应的铁舾件。铁舾件里面还有有板件制作、修改功能，该功能可用于安装设备基座和装饰板的制作和安装等。

2.1    部件小样

（1）在编辑部件小样前，首先要关闭图册。点击数据管理→部件数据管理→部件小样管理→选择部件大类、部件小类、部件代号、描述、重量等参数，这些信息建立完成后将会出现在后面的图册、模型里面相关专业的部件中。……
