摘  要：游戏对于幼儿时期的学生而言，有非常大的吸引力，是此时较为符合学生身心的发展要求的一项实践活动。但是我们在实际幼儿园中，游戏活动的展开时，会发现部分幼儿园在进行游戏的过程中会出现流于形式、安排不恰当等问题，所以对于这些已经存在的问题，要对问题进行一个正确的认识，以此来帮助幼儿更好的在幼儿园的游戏当中成长与学习。

Problems and Countermeasures in kindergarten Game Guidance

【Abstract】The game is very attractive to the students in early childhood. It is a practical activity that meets the requirements of students' physical and mental development. But we in the actual kindergarten，when the game activities unfold，we will find that some kindergartens in the process of playing games will appear as a mere formality，improper arrangement and other problems，so for these existing problems，we should have a correct understanding of the problems，so as to help children grow and learn better in the kindergarten games.

游戏是一项伴随着人类的发展一项较为古老的活动现象。从婴儿时期嬉戏打闹，到中青年时期的探索与冒险，再到老年时期与同伴之间的幽默谈笑，都很好的将游戏对于我们的现实生活的影响与魅力进行体现。若此时能够设计出符合此时学生身心发展要求的实践活动，能够很好的起到对于身体、情感、语言、认知等方面发展的促进作用。

1.幼儿园游戏过程中所存在的问题总结

在对于幼儿园实际的游戏指导观察之后，会发现当前在幼儿园游戏指导中，主要存在四方面的问题。第一方面是幼儿园所开展的游戏更多的流于形式。有不少的幼儿园教师在园中进行教学的时候，仍然会更加的重视课程的教学，而忽视了游戏对于学生的意义。并且部分教师会因为认为组织幼儿进行游戏流程较繁琐，组织难度大等原因，干脆不开展相关的游戏活动。

第二个方面是游戏的活动安排显得较为不当。……
