摘要 课程思想政治建设是贯彻高等教育立德树人的重要环节，畜牧学概论适用于高等院校非动物科学专业学生使用，是一门涵盖畜牧生产全产业链的综合性课程。梳理了该课程内容及其逻辑关系，挖掘了思政元素，在此基础上構建了“一个社会主义核心价值观引领，一个思政育人主线，六大思政模块，多个思政元素”的思政框架体系，旨在为思政育人与专业育人有机结合提供思路。

Mining of Ideological and Political Elements and Framework System Construction of “Introduction to Animal Husbandry” Curriculum

Abstract Curriculum ideological and political construction is an important link in the implementation of morality education in higher education. “Introduction to Animal Husbandry” is suitable for non animal science students in colleges and universities.It is a comprehensive course covering the entire industry chain of animal husbandry production. This article sorted out the content of this course and its logical relationship， excavated ideological and political elements， and built an ideological and political framework system with “a socialist core value guide， a main line of ideological and political education， six ideological and political modules， and multiple ideological and political elements” on this basis， so as to provide ideas for the organic combination of ideological and political education and professional education.

课程思政建设是对非思政课程挖掘思政元素，增强课程育人功能，促进思想政治引领、道德情操提升和职业素养塑造。课程思政建设就像机车的导航系统，保障行驶方向。《教育部关于深化本科教育教学改革全面提高人才培养质量的意见》指出：“把课程思政建设作为落实立德树人根本任务的关键环节，坚持知识传授与价值引领相统一，显性教育与隐性教育相统一，充分发掘各类课程和教学方式中蕴含的思想政治教育资源”[1-3] 。畜牧学概论是非动物科学专业课程之一，其内容涵盖了畜牧学科的大部分内容，教学目标是让非动物科学专业学生熟悉、了解畜牧学内容及其与畜牧产业的关系，畜牧学概论课程思政建设主要是挖掘课程内容中的思政元素，将该课程的思政体系融入教学中，使学生潜移默化地感受该课程的思政元素，促进学生对畜牧业的理解与认识，增强学生的学牧爱牧热情，促进专业课程育人与课程思政育人相结合，提高人才培养质量。……
