摘要 随着全民健身计划的深入实施，人民大众对体育硬件和软件的服务渴求逐渐提高。安徽省高校的体育资源非常豐富，有着大量高素质的师资资源，同时还拥有众多的体育管理、科研等方面的人才。立足于调查研究高校体育资源和农村地区体育文化的现状和需求，从而提出安徽省高校体育资源服务于农村体育文化建设的建议，为促进安徽省农村体育文化建设提供理论参考 。

Research on the Integration of College Sports Resources in Anhui Province into the Construction of Rural Sports Culture—Based on a Survey of Universities and Rural Primary and Secondary Schools in Anhui Province

Abstract With the in-depth implementation of the national fitness plan， the publics desire for sports hardware and software services is gradually improving. The colleges and universities in Anhui Province are very rich in physical education resources， with a large number of high-quality teachers， as well as a large number of sports management， scientific research and other talents. Based on the investigation and study of the current situation and demand of college sports resources and rural sports culture， this paper puts forward the suggestion that college sports resources in Anhui Province serve the construction of rural sports culture， and provides theoretical reference for promoting the construction of rural sports culture in Anhui Province.

国家体育总局颁布《关于实施农民体育健身工程的意见》和安徽省体育局颁布《关于加快安徽省群众体育发展意见》[1]两个意见颁布实施后，安徽省农村包括大别山农村地区公共体育设施条件虽然有了一定程度的改善，但还远远满足不了实际需要，另外以体育社会指导员为主体的农村体育队伍的培养，农村各类体育组织和体育活动站的建设都相对滞后。安徽省高校有着丰富的体育资源，是安徽省农村体育文化建设不可或缺的主要力量，可以有效地帮助政府和体育主管部门，促进农村体育文化建设的质量提升。

1 安徽省高校体育资源现状

以宿州学院、合肥工业大学 、安徽农业大学、安徽理工大学、铜陵学院、安庆师范大学共6所地处安徽南部、中部、北部的高等本科院校为研究对象，对高校的体育资源情况进行调查。

该研究主要采用实地访问调查法、文献资料法、比较分析法。……
