摘要 新农科的建设为我国涉农高校带来了新的发展机遇，也为涉农高校助力农民培训带来了新契机。针对涉农高校助力农民教育培训过程中出现的主体意识不强、培训机制不活、培训内容老套、配套保障政策不健全等主要问题，提出在新农科建设背景下充分发挥涉农高校优势、构建农民教育培训新模式、强化农民教育培训主体地位、运用信息化手段创新农民教育培训新方式、完善农民教育保障机制等策略。

The Path of Agricultural Universities Helping Farmers Education and Training under the Background of New Agricultural Science Construction

Abstract The construction of new agricultural disciplines has brought new development opportunities for agriculture-related colleges and universities in China， as well as new opportunities for agriculture-related colleges and universities to assist farmers in training. Aiming at the main problems in the process of assisting farmers in education and training in agricultural universities such as weak subject consciousness， inflexible training mechanism， outdated training content， and incomplete supporting policies， this paper proposes strategies under the background of the construction of new agricultural sciences：giving full play to the advantages of agricultural universities， constructing a new model of farmer education and training， strengthening the subject status of farmers education and training， using information technology to innovate new methods of farmers education and training， and improving farmers education supporting mechanisms.

中共十九大會议提出乡村振兴战略目标，坚持农业农村优先发展。当前农村的发展问题，从表面上看，是活跃农村的经济问题;从根本上来说，是祖祖辈辈生活在农村的农民自我价值的实现问题。乡村振兴离不开农民的教育，农民的自我价值的实现离不开农民教育培训的支持。涉农高校在学科设置、课程方案设计、课程内容等方面与农民培训内容有重合部分，在助力农民培训方面具有天然的资源优势和学科建设优势，是对新型职业农民教育有效的补充。涉农高校助力农民培训打破了即时授予专业知识的封闭性、时间冲突性和目标群体的有限性，拓宽了涉农高校的功能，是对新农科建设的支持。

1 涉农高校助力农民培训的机遇与挑战

2019年6月28日，全国百余位涉农高校负责人和农林教育专家学者共聚安吉，共商新时代农林教育发展大计，共同发表《安吉共识——新农科建设宣言》（以下简称《宣言》）。……
