[摘要]面部松弛和臃肿影响形象，随着医疗技术的不断提高，颜面部吸脂术和脂肪移植术已经逐步成熟，是有效、最直接的改善面部容貌的方法。通过颜面部吸脂术可以修饰面部轮廓，而脂肪移植可以增加面部容量，提高肌肤的紧致程度，改善皮肤质地，两种方法联合应用可以促使面部轮廓更加美观和自然，广受爱美者的青睐。本文主要总结了颜面部吸脂术联合脂肪移植术的适应人群、并发症和改善方法、联合应用的优点以及注意事项，以期为临床应用提供借鉴。

Research Progress in the Application of Facial Liposuction Combined with Fat Grafting in Facial Contour Improvement

Abstract： Facial relaxation and bloated affect the image. With the continuous improvement of medical technology， facial liposuction and fat grafting have gradually matured. They are effective and most direct methods to improve facial appearance. Facial liposuction can be used Modify facial contours，while fat grafting can increase facial volume， improve skin firmness， and improve skin texture. The combined application of the two methods can make facial contours more beautiful and natural， so it is widely welcomed by ladies who love beauty. This article mainly summarizes the applicable population， complications and improvement methods of facial liposuction combined with fat transplantation， advantages and precautions of combined application， and hopes to provide reference for clinical application.

隨着生活水平的逐步提高，人们对于面部轮廓的年轻化要求也逐步提升，故要求面部轮廓改善的女性越来越多。面部轮廓整形手术在临床上比较常见，主要通过磨削、截除、移位及填充等方法改变面部骨性结构，从而改善面部的形态，让患者的面部更加匀称[1]。面部轮廓由皮肤、皮下组织和骨骼共同构成，通常主要由皮下脂肪和骨骼决定。如果就医者面部骨性肥大，通常会给予角部弧形截骨、下颌角消磨术、升支外板截骨术等方法改善就医者的脸型，但此方法仅适应于下颌角肥大等骨性肥大类型。此类方法容易对神经血管造成损伤，风险较大。而对于没有骨性肥大，仅为脂肪软组织分布异常导致面部臃肿的就医者，可以通过组织转移的方法改善脸型，对皮下脂肪堆积、颊脂垫过于饱满导致的面部肥胖者可以进行颜面部吸脂术，而面部欠饱满的地方可以给予脂肪移植术，改善面部轮廓。……
