[摘要]目的：探討基于人文关怀的护理干预对急诊面部外伤患者的护理效果及治疗依从性的影响。方法：选取2019年6月-2020年6月笔者医院就诊的急诊面部外伤患者88例，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组44例。两组患者均予以常规护理，观察组在此基础上对患者进行基于人文关怀的护理干预。观察比较两组患者治疗情况、心理状态及护理评价情况。结果：观察组患者就诊时间、伤情评估时间、术前准备时间均显著短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组患者健康教育依从性、康复治疗依从性、满意度评分、护理质量评分均显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。护理干预后，两组患者焦虑、抑郁评分均降低，且观察组显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：基于人文关怀的护理干预能够使急诊面部外伤患者获得更及时的治疗，更全面的护理，可更有效地改善患者负性心理状态和治疗依从性，使患者获得更佳预后。

Effect of Nursing Intervention Based on Humanistic Care on Emergency Treatment of Patients with Facial Trauma

Abstract： Objective  To analyze the effect and treatment compliance of nursing intervention based on humanistic care for emergency facial trauma patients. Methods  88 patients with facial trauma between June 2019 and June 2020 in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group， with 44 patients in each group. Both groups of patients were given routine nursing care in emergency department， and the observation group was given nursing intervention based on humanistic care. Treatment， psychological status and nursing evaluation were observated and compared between the two groups. Results  The treatment time， injury evaluation time and preoperative preparation time of patients in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group， the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. The compliance of health education， rehabilitation， satisfaction and nursing quality in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group （P<0.05）. After nursing intervention， the scores of self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） and self-rating depression scale（SDS） in the two groups all decreased， and those in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion  Nursing intervention based on humanistic care can make emergency facial trauma patients obtain more timely treatment， more comprehensive care， more effective improvement of patients' negative psychological state and treatment compliance， and make patients obtain better prognosis.

面部是人体外露部位，在交通事故、摔倒中更易造成外力损伤，不仅会造成患者生理伤害，由于头面部发生损伤对患者容貌影响较大，患者心理应激更为严重，对临床护理提出更高的要求[1]。基于人文关怀的护理干预强调以人为本，以患者需求为护理重心，在多种创伤性手术中均有良好应用，对患者生理心理双重预后具有重要意义[2]。但目前人文关怀护理在面部外伤中运用研究较少。因此本次研究通过设立对照实验，旨在探讨基于人文关怀的护理干预对急诊面部外伤患者的护理效果及治疗依从性的影响，现整理报道如下。

1  资料和方法

1.1 一般资料：选取2019年6月-2020年6月于笔者科室就诊的急诊面部外伤患者88例，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组44例。对照组：男24例，女20例;年龄18～53岁，平均年龄（38.74±9.17）岁;车祸受伤27例，摔伤13例，斗殴致伤4例。……
