摘 要：半夏是我国传统的中药材，市场需求量大，天门半夏作为全国优质地道药材，具有广阔的发展前景。但近些年来，随着人们对野生天门半夏资源的过度挖掘，导致资源枯竭。该文在总结天门半夏人工栽培技术的基础上，系统阐述了天门半夏的地域范围、生态环境、生物学特性及标准化栽培技术，以期为天门半夏的人工栽培提供技术支撑，也为中药市场提供安全优质的半夏产品。

Standardized Cultivation Technique of Tianmen Pinellia ternata

Abstract： Pinellia ternata is a traditional  medicinal material in China， with a large market demand. As a high-quality genuine medicinal material in China， Tianmen Pinellia ternata has a broad development prospect. However， in recent years， with people′s excessive acquisition of wild Pinellia ternata  resources， its resources are exhausted. By summarizing the artificial cultivation techniques of  Tianmen pinellia ternata， the geographical scope， ecosytem， biological characteristis， technical regulations of Pinellia ternata were established in order to provide technical support for the artificial cultivation of  Tianmen Pinellia ternata， and to provide safe and high-quality pinellia products for the traditional Chinese medicine market.

半夏[Pinellia ternata（Thunb.）Breit.]为天南星科多年生草本植物，为我国传统常用的中药材，以干燥块茎入药，含生物碱类、有机酸类、挥发油类、黄酮类、甾体类和糖类等多种化学成分[1-3]，其不仅具燥湿化痰，降逆止呕，消痞散结等功效[4-5]，还具有抗肿瘤、抗菌、抗炎、抗溃疡、抗癫痫、抗衰老等药理作用[6-8]。据1986年《天门县中药资源普查专题调查报告》记载，半夏是天门县特色药材，是全国著名的地道药材之一，在国内外享有很高的声誉。20世纪80年代，由于野生半夏被大量采挖，导致资源锐减，通过人工育种和栽培野生半夏，不仅可以解决半夏市场资源紧张和供货不足等问题，也可以带来较高的社会经济效益和环保效益[9]。20世纪90年代，天门半夏种植进入野生育种与人工种植时代，由于天门半夏品质优良，药效独特，市场反响好，因此天门市也成为全国半夏优质供种基地和原料药材基地[10]。……
