摘 要：实现“美丽中国”的重要途径之一是进行农业特色小镇的建设。对乡镇景观进行合理规划与设计不仅能够提升整个乡镇的文化品位，并且会给周边区域带来可观的经济效益。该文阐述了农业特色小镇景观概念、优点及作用，介绍了农业特色小镇景观设计的原则和内容，以期为打造宜居、宜文、宜观、宜游的农业特色小镇景观提供参考。

Landscape Planning and Design of Agricultural Characteristic Town under the Background of “Beautiful China”

Abstract： One of the important ways to realize beautiful China is the construction of small towns with agricultural characteristics. Reasonable planning and design of the township landscape can not only enhance the cultural taste of the whole township， but also bring considerable economic value to the surrounding areas. This paper studies the current situation，principles and contents of the landscape design of agricultural characteristic town， so as to create a livable， cultural， scenic and tourist agricultural characteristic town landscape through reasonable planning and design.

“十八大”提出建设美丽中国的宏伟目标，而该目标建设的重点之一是农业特色小镇建设。随着时代的发展，文化、经济、社会、人口、自然等因素在乡镇景观中得以充分体现。农业特色小镇景观逐渐被认为是一种公共空间，其功能是为公众提供服务，包括观赏、休憩、游玩、休闲娱乐等，这种多功能、富有特色文化气息、景观优美的空间逐渐受到人们青睐。

1 农业特色小镇景观的概念

1.1 农业特色小镇 农业特色小镇的概念有广义和狭义之分[1]。很多学者认为农业类特色小镇其实隶属于发展平台的一种，它往往以特色农业发展作为平台支撑对象，辅以景观优美的外在生态环境，配以健全的公共服务设施，可谓是一种以促农转型升级的产业平台。从类型来看，农业类特色小镇是众多特色小镇中的一种，除了具备特色小镇基本的特征以外，主要以第一产业作为主要发展特征，并结合周边资源发展而成。……
