摘  要：近些年，我国企业的信息化发展获得高度重视，在基础设施建设层面已初具规模，管理决策、电子政务以及电子商务应用体系也实现了稳定推进，信息化建设获得了明显效果，数据中心与重点工程建设获得显著进展，且安全保障也初见效果，信息化服务、管理及应用水平也有所提高，以办公自动化系统、决策管理系统等各项重点工程为基准的应用系统开发建设工作全面实施，已基本生成着重塑造数字化的新格局，信息化在优化决策质量与强化管控等层面所具备的效果也逐渐显现。该文探讨了企业信息化项目的管理与实施。

Analysis on the Management and Implementation of Enterprise Information Project

Abstract： In recent years， the informatization development of enterprises in China has been highly valued， and has begun to take shape in infrastructure construction. Management decision-making， e-government and e-commerce application systems have also been steadily promoted. The informatization construction has achieved remarkable results， the construction of data centers and key projects has made remarkable progress， and the security has also achieved initial results. The level of management and application has been improved. The development and construction of application system based on various key projects such as office automation system and decision management system has been fully implemented， and a new pattern focusing on digital has been basically formed. The effect of informatization in optimizing decision quality and strengthening management and control has gradually emerged. This paper discusses the management and implementation of enterprise information project.

伴隨企业机制体制变革以及工业企业单位联合重组等工作的不断深入开展，企业管理者和领导者深刻认知信息化发展的重要性，针对信息化促进与带动企业发展已达成统一共识。而唯有借助系统化的项目管理理论以及方法，针对企业信息化项目全过程实施规划、控制与协调，信息化项目管理与实施才能获得理想化效果。

1  企业信息化项目

信息化是指在行业统一组织与规划的条件下，借助先进的网络信息技术整合现阶段生产、运营以及管理等资源，为企业提供有效且精准的信息数据，便于企业对市场需求进行快速反应，进而有效提升企业核心竞争力[1]。企业的信息化项目包括规划项目、软件开发、网络建设以及应用实施。……
