摘  要：知识密集型企业是我国知识产权创造的主体，在现阶段提升知识产权转化方面具有巨大的潜力，通过管理创新，可以让现有的知识密集型企业与生产企业结合更紧密，推动知识产权成果从实验室走出来，成为实实在在的社会财富。该文分析了知识产权成果转化的内涵，探讨了管理创新对知识产权成果转化的作用机理，包括管理思想、管理制度和管理具体技术方法方面的创新，在此基础上，论文研究了企业管理创新与知识产权成果转化的关系，相信对从事相关工作的同行能有所裨益。

Research on the Effect of Enterprise Management Innovation on the Transformation of Intellectual Property Achievements

Abstract： Knowledge intensive enterprises are the main body of creating intellectual property in China. At present， they have great potential in promoting the transformation of intellectual property. Through management innovation， they can make the existing knowledge intensive enterprises and production enterprises more closely， promote the intellectual property achievements to come out of the laboratory， and become real social wealth. This paper analyzes the connotation of the transformation of intellectual property achievements， discusses the mechanism of management innovation on the transformation of intellectual property achievements， including the innovation of management ideas， management systems and management specific technical methods. On this basis， this paper studies the relationship between enterprise management innovation and the transformation of intellectual property achievements， which is believed to be beneficial to the colleagues engaged in related work.

技術创新不能单独发挥作用，需要知识产权管理与之相结合，才能发挥其最大的作用，知识密集型企业不仅是技术创新主体和知识要素的主体，也需要在我国技术创新体系和知识产权管理体系中发挥重大作用，对于我国加强科技成果创新、进行科技体制改革、促进产学研融合都有重要作用。

1  知识产权成果转化的内涵

“知识产权成就转化”和“知识产权”的内涵是一种渐进的关系。知识产权，也称为“知识所属权”，是指“权力人对其智力劳动所创作的成果享有的财产权利”，一般只在有限时间内有效。目前，由于司法制度不同，许多国家对知识产权没有统一的定义，但各种定义所表达的基本含义是“产权人享有的知识产权，是他们创造的知识产权”。从该文的角度来看，根据《中华人民共和国民法通则》，知识产权是公民权利，被统称为源于创造性知识成果和工商业标志的权利。……
