摘  要：六盘水三线步道在市民生活、游客游览、城市发展和建设中起着重要作用，也是六盘水市城市转型的重要推动力。该文采用使用后评价（POE）中的问卷调查法，从三线步道所承载的地方文化、服务设施建设、照明系統与夜间灯光装饰等方面对三线步道使用者进行调研，分析、归纳、总结出六盘水三线步道的使用情况评价，从而为打造出人们更加满意的游憩场所提供一些可行性的建议，以期使三线步道的质量得到提升，使三线步道的规划以及设计更加具有科学性。

Study on POE of Liupanshui Three-Lane Trail

Abstract： Liupanshui three-lane trail plays an important role in citizen life， tourist tour， urban development and construction， and is also an important driving force of urban transformation in our city. In this paper， the questionnaire survey method in post-occupancy evaluation （POE） is adopted to investigate the users of the three-lane trail from the aspects of local culture， service facility construction， lighting system and night lighting decoration carried by the three-lane trail， and analyze and summarize the evaluation of the use of the three-lane trail in Liupanshui. Therefore， some feasible suggestions are provided to create more satisfactory recreation places for people， so as to improve the quality of the three-line trail and make the planning and design of the three-line trail more scientific.

“三线文化长廊”始于西部的公园路，终止于人民东路与水城河的交汇处。它的总长度为10 km，面积约为36.5 hm2，主要建筑面积约为19.7 hm2。在规划和建设时，“三线”文化、“三变”改革、民族民俗文化和党的建设的概念被认为是减贫的主要轴心。长廊成为著名的国家爱国主义教育和城市文化基地。三线文化走廊和独具创意的“凉都记忆·三线文化”小镇为六盘水市民提供了一个集休闲、旅游、交流、学习和就业于一体的环境[1]。步道在市民生活、游客游览、城市发展和建设中的作用不可低估，这是城市转型的基础所在。该文通过了解市民和游客在使用三线步道后的感受和信息的反馈，以使对今后六盘水市的城市文化建设提供一定的参考与建议。
