【摘  要】文体活动是丰富职工群众生活、增强职工凝聚力的重要举措。基于错综复杂的国内外环境，面对新冠肺炎疫情的冲击，企业要积极开展丰富多彩的文体活动。论文结合多年工作实践，阐述企业开展职工文体活动的重要意义，剖析企业开展职工文体活动中存在的问题，并探讨新时期企业开展职工文体活动的对策。

【Abstract】Cultural and sports activities are important measures to enrich the life of employees and the masses and enhance employees' cohesion. Based on intricate domestic and international environment， enterprises should actively develop rich and colorful cultural and sports activities in the face of the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic. Combined with years of work practice， this paper expounds the significance of developing cultural and sports activities for employees in enterprises， analyzes the problems existing in developing cultural and sports activities for employees in enterprises， and discusses the countermeasures for developing cultural and sports activities for employees in enterprises in the new era.

1 引言

随着经济新常态的发展，尤其是新冠肺炎疫情对经济的冲击，导致企业所面临的环境日益复杂，企业职工的压力逐渐增加。开展思想政治教育是企业工会职能的重要组成部分，长期以来，企业思想政治教育习惯于传统的说教模式，导致其效果不明显。因此，基于企业新时期的新特点，依托丰富多彩的文体活动开展职工思想政治教育是企业满足高质量发展要求的必然举措，而基于多元化的需求企业如何开展文体活动成为工会工作者所必须思索的问题。

2 企业开展文体活动的重要意义

企业开展文体活动是企业经营管理工作的重要组成部分，开展文体活动具有重要的意义：

①开展文体活动是企业文化建设的重要部分。文体活动是职工乐于参与的各种文化活动与体育活动，通过职工的广泛参与可以有效促进企业文化的传播与践行。例如，企业通过举办与企业文化相关的文体活动可以达到宣传企业文化的目的，让职工在潜移默化中自觉践行企业文化。……
