【摘  要】目前，社会竞争越来越激烈，大学生的就业压力也进一步增大，这使许多高校纷纷开始进行教学改革，积极对大学生进行就业指导，开展校企合作的模式，一定程度上缓解了大学生的就业压力。论文从企业角度出发，分析新形势下当代大学生的就业现状与企业用人需求，探讨以就业为导向的订单培养、校企合作就业模式的具体内容。

【Abstract】At present， the social competition is more and more fierce， the employment pressure of college students is also further increased， which makes many colleges and universities have begun to carry out teaching reform， actively provide employment guidance to college students， carry out the school-enterprise cooperation mode， to a certain extent， alleviate the employment pressure of college students. From the perspective of enterprises， this paper analyzes the current employment situation of contemporary college students and the employment needs of enterprises under the new situation， and discusses the specific contents of employment-oriented order training and school-enterprise cooperation employment mode.

1 引言

在近几年，很多地区的高校都开始进行大规模的扩招，毕业生的数量也随之增多，使得人才的供给不能满足企业的需求，当代大学生都会面临“毕业即失业”的状态，一方面使得我国大学生不能实现自我价值，另一方面不利于我国高等教育的发展，以及社会的进步。因此，为有效改善当前阶段大学生的就业问题，许多高校根据我国企业发展的新形势，实行以就业为导向的订单培养模式，并且加强与一些企业的合作，帮助大学生在毕业之后快速找到工作，提高高校就业率的同时，也推动了我国社会经济的发展。但是，解决大学生就业难的问题是一个长久的过程，高校在探索改善方法时会遇到很多的挑战，大多数高校并不能明确了解订单培养的具体内容，在与企业合作就业方面也存在一些问题，导致以就业导向的订单培养模式以及校企合作就业模式无法真正进入高校校园。

2 我国当代大学生的就业情况分析
