【摘  要】随着科技的迅速发展，加工制造业的竞争愈加激烈。传统的成本管理模式已经无法使公司处于行业前沿，供应链视角下的成本管理应运而生，在成本管控方面取得了较好的控制效果。为在市场中立足，公司必须打造一套系统的成本管理模式，提升公司的竞争力。论文从供应链的视角分析跨国加工制造型公司成本管理的措施。

【Abstract】With the rapid development of science and technology， the competition of processing and manufacturing industry is becoming more and more intense. Traditional cost management mode can not make the company in the forefront of the industry. The cost management from the perspective of supply chain emerges as the times require， and has achieved better control effect in cost management and control. In order to stand in the market， the company must construct a set of systematic cost management mode to improve the competitiveness of the company. This paper analyzes the cost management measures of multinational processing and manufacturing companies from the perspective of supply chain.

1 引言

跨国加工制造型公司主要从事机械设备的制造、零部件和中间商品加工，其主要目的是巩固和扩大市场份额。随着科技迅速进步，产品升级加快，加工制造业的竞争愈加激烈。在此背景下，传统的成本管理已经不再处于行业前沿，供应链视角下的成本管理应运而生，在成本管控方面取得了较好的控制效果，有助于供应链整体成本降低。

2 供应链视角下跨国加工制造型公司的成本构成

跨国加工制造型公司主要对原材料、零部件进行加工，或对加工产品进行二次乃至多次加工、修理和装配，投入并产出各种消费品提供给当地或附近的市场。其生产和经营的产品，如金属、化学、機械和相关设备等，与同行之间最基本的竞争方式就是成本价格的竞争。

供应链指的是核心企业控制物流、资金流和信息流，从采购原料到中间产品的制造以及最终产品的生成，再到销售网络，将产品销售到消费者手中，这一整个功能网络结构模式就称为供应链。……
