摘  要：随着教育制度改革的深入，更加重视德育工作，应帮助学生树立正确的人生价值观。初中班主任要肩负起自身职责，结合实际情况开展德育工作，培养学生良好的道德品质，对于其今后成长具有重要意义。本文先介绍初中班主任德育工作的重要性，再论述有效实施策略，从而促进学生的全面发展。

A Strategic Analysis of Moral Education in Junior High School

【Abstract】With the deepening of education system reform，more attention is paid to moral education to help students set up correct life values. Junior high school head teachers should shoulder their own responsibility，combine with the actual situation to carry out moral education and cultivate students'good moral character，which is of great significance for the future growth. The article first introduces the importance of moral education in junior high school，and then discusses the effective implementation strategy，so as to promote the all-round development of students.

初中生处于青春期，是成长的关键阶段，开展德育非常重要，有助于促进自身健全人格的形成。在网络迅速普及的今天，初中生在学习和生活中会受到各种影响，容易形成错误的价值观，不利于其健康成长。基于这种情况，要有效开展德育工作，对学生进行良好的道德教育，加强自身道德修养，成长为社会需要的优秀人才。

1.初中班主任德育工作的重要性

初中班主任肩负着教书育人的神圣职责，要顺应教育制度改革需求，对学生做好德育工作，其重要性主要体现在以下几个方面。首先，可以加强学生自身修养。青春期是人生的关键转折点，这个阶段的学生会产生叛逆心理，特别是如今处于网络时代，更容易受到不健康思想的影响，如拜金主义、自由主义等，通过开展德育对学生进行正确引导，树立远大人生理想。其次，促进学生的全面发展。在应试教育制度下，教师和家长过度关心成绩，忽视了德育的重要性，在这方面存在严重缺陷。学习文化知识固然重要，但德育也必不可少，所以要处理好二者之间的关系，保证学生品学兼优，才能实现更好发展。……
