摘  要：“夫君子之行，静以修身，俭以养德，非淡泊无以明志，非宁静无以致远。”道德既是一种社会意识，又约束着人们的日常行为。对于初中班主任而言，随着新课改的不断推进，学生的德育工作越来越成为教育任务的重中之重，如何加强德育工作构建成为值得深思的问题。本文将以自己作为一名初中班主任的亲身经历来谈谈“会诊式”初中班主任德育工作的构建分析，力求使广大学生受到多方面积极、正向的影响。

Analysis on the Construction of Moral Education Work of "Consultation-style" Junior High School Teachers

【Abstract】"When a husband and gentleman travel，they cultivate their morality by quiet，frugality，not indifference，not ambition，not tranquility，not far." morality is not only a social consciousness，but also restricts people's daily behavior. For junior high school head teachers，with the continuous promotion of the new curriculum reform，students' moral education has increasingly become the top priority of educational tasks. How to strengthen the construction of moral education has become a problem worthy of teachers' reflection. In this paper，the author will use his own experience as a junior high school head teacher to talk about the construction and analysis of "consultation" junior middle school head teacher's moral education，so as to make the majority of students be positively and positively affected in many aspects.

班主任作为一个班级的组织者、领导者和负责人，在开展德育工作过程中扮演着不可或缺的重要角色。在新课改推动“会诊式”德育工作开展过程中，也需要班主任加强对“会诊式”德育工作的探索，认真构建好、分析好“会诊式”德育工作的模式，从而为初中生的道德教育服务。

1.“会诊式”德育工作的含义

“会诊”一词最早起源于医学领域，是指在病人病症相对危急、病情难以判定的状况下，由主治医师邀请相关科室的医生、相关领域的专家等在一起共同为病人的病理状况做出病理性分析，从而做出更综合、更严密的诊断，对症下药，从而达到更好的治疗效果，大大提高患者的治愈概率和治愈效果。

会诊以其适用性强、提高效率的作用显著、能够更好地解决问题的特点，在社会各项专业工作领域中得到了广泛应用，为解决各类疑难问题提供了不可多得的解决办法。……
