摘  要：家长作为孩子的第一任老师，对于孩子的一生具有重要影响。要想孩子受到良好的教育，不仅要靠学校教师的努力，还要得到家长的支持与配合，这就要求教师、家长携手努力，最大程度地提高家校共育水平。本文是以昆山S小学Y班的50名学生及家长为对象展开的实践研究。研究者以亲身经验通过对家校合作的现状进行分析，并结合实际教学经验，探究提高家校共育水平的策略。

Practical Research on Improving the Level of Family School co Education in Daily Education

【Abstract】As the first teachers of children，parents have an important influence on their children’s life. If children want to receive a good education，we should not only rely on the efforts of school teachers，but also get the support and cooperation of parents，which requires teachers and parents to work together to improve the level of home school co education to the greatest extent. This paper is a practical research on 50 students and their parents in class y of Kunshan s primary school. Based on personal experience，the researcher analyzes the current situation of home school cooperation，and combines with practical teaching experience to explore strategies to improve the level of home school co education.

如果把孩子比作一只小船，那教师和家长就是船上的双桨。只有当双桨共同用力，才能让小船顺利地前进。教育其实也是如此，成功的教育不仅要靠家长、教师方面的单独努力，还需要教师与家长建立和谐融洽的合作关系，形成育人合力，最大程度地發挥教育的效果，实现家校共育。

1.现状问题

（1）学校教育得不到家长的理解与支持

现在教师面对的大多数都是“80后”的家长，他们本身都是独生子女，有部分家长难以理解、支持教师的工作。当自己的孩子在学校出现一点小问题、与其他同学出现矛盾的时候，往往家长的情绪会变得非常激动。当教师向他们反馈孩子的问题时，有的家长觉得自己的孩子表现很好，是教师的问题才会批评自己家的孩子，会与教师产生很多不可预料的矛盾和不愉快的情绪。

（2）一部分家长忽略了孩子

一部分家长工作非常繁忙，因而没有时间、精力管孩子，导致孩子各方面行为表现比较差，成绩也不理想。……
