【摘  要】当前，随着信息技术的快速发展，自动化技术的应用已经愈发普遍，如此，可以通过应用机械自动化技术提高生产效率，这既提高了化学工业在发展过程中的生产效率，又降低了自动化控制技术在连续生产运行期间应用的安全风险。同时，机械自动化控制技术的有效应用可以提高产品的质量，有效地保障化工企业安全生产。对此，论文主要分析机械自动化控制技术在化工安全生产中的实际应用。

【Abstract】At present， with the rapid development of information technology， the application of automation technology has become more and more common. In this way， the production efficiency can be improved through the application of mechanical automation technology， which not only improves the production efficiency of the chemical industry in the development process， but also reduces the safety risk of the application of automation control technology in continuous production and operation. At the same time， the effective application of mechanical automation control technology can improve the quality of products and effectively guarantee the safety production of chemical enterprises. In this regard， the paper mainly analyzes the practical application of mechanical automation control technology in chemical safety production.

1 化工生产安全的意义

化学产品在加工过程中具有的危险系数很高。因此，在建设化工厂时，有必要确保每个车间布局的合理性，同时，要加强对高温高压材料的应用，以降低生产风险。值得注意的是，要了解某些化学原料是高度危险的，因此，在加工过程中，工作人员在使用精密仪器时应确保自身的安全，以便在整个过程中有效控制精密仪器以达到最佳效果，进而降低化学原料的风险性。因此，就薄弱环节而言，只有确保改善安全生产的管理工作，才能有效减少长期劳动引起的风险问题。机械自动化系统还影响着化工生产和企业运行，而机械自动化系统的出现可以实现生产产品的传输和控制的自动化，并提高了生产系统的稳定性。自动化控制系统的开发和使用，进一步提高了决策的准确性，大幅度提高了工厂的效率，延长了设备使用寿命。……
