【摘  要】在社会经济不断发展的背景下，城市现代化园林工程建设备受关注，尤其是在生态发展理念的推行下，我国城市园林绿化工程的建设水平和质量逐步提升，所以园林工程监理工作的关键就是保证工程施工的质量和进度。同时，相关人员应重视施工中存在的施工人员素质较低和施工经验欠缺的问题，做好施工的监督和管理，解决施工过程中存在的各种问题。

【Abstract】Under the background of the continuous development of society and economy， the construction of urban modern landscape engineering has attracted much attention， especially in the implementation of the concept of ecological development， the construction level and quality of urban landscape engineering in China has gradually improved， so the key to the landscape engineering supervision work is to ensure the quality and progress of the engineering construction. At the same time， relevant personnel should pay attention to the problems of low quality of construction personnel and lack of construction experience existing in construction， do a good job in construction supervision and management， and solve various problems existing in the construction process.

1 引言

在人们生活水平不断提高的背景下，人们的生活质量逐渐提高，所以对园林工程的建设提出了更高的要求。而且园林工程作为一种大众化比较强的项目，在实际生活中为人们提供了许多娱乐休闲的功能。随着园林工程建设项目的增多[1]，工程监理方面的问题变得更加突出，再加上许多园林绿化工程都是政府项目，具有较强的惠民特点，需要在工程建设的过程中，对监理工作给予高度重视，做好质量方面的控制，保证建设的质量。

2 园林工程建设中监理的重要性

2.1 提高园林工程的施工效率

在实际的园林工程项目落实过程中，施工单位要严格地按照园林设计的标准来完成相应的设计施工，在施工的过程中需要由专业的监理人员来监督施工，以此保证园林建设的整体质量，如果单纯凭借承建单位的自行监理，很可能会出现问题，影响整体的施工质量，不利于整体施工质量的提高。……
