摘 要：运动队作为一个特殊的群体在防控新型冠状病毒肺炎方面具有自身的特点和难点。对山东省运动队新型冠状病毒肺炎防控工作的具体措施进行归纳总结，从“训科医管赛”五个方面探索运动队新型冠状病毒肺炎防控相关策略及存在的具体问题，并针对性地提出解决办法，推动建立完善运动队传染性疾病防控体系。

Exploring the infectious disease prevention and control system in sport team： A case of Shandong sports teams in prevention and control the COVID-19

Abstract：Since December 2019， the COVID-19 has broken out quickly around the world. The epidemic prevention and control work are critical to various industries. Sports team， as a special group， has its own characteristics and difficulties in prevention and control of the COVID-19. This article summarized the detailed corrections took by Shandong provincial sports teams， exploring the related strategies and specific problems of the coronavirus prevention in five perspectives， thus “training， research， medical profession， management and competition”， and put forward solutions， which are targeted to promote the establish and optimize the infectious disease prevention and control system of the sports team.

面对新型冠状病毒肺炎（Corona Virus Disease 2019，COVID-19）的暴发并迅速蔓延状况[1-2]，2020年1月20日习近平总书记做出重要批示“要求各相关部门及地方要以对人民群众健康高度负责的态度，完善应对方案，全力以赴做好防控工作” [3]。高水平运动队作为一个特殊的群体，在防范新型冠状病毒肺炎方面具有自身的特点和难点，通过对山东省运动队新型冠状病毒肺炎防控工作的具体措施进行总结，找出目前存在的问题和解决办法，以期对运动队在新型冠状病毒肺炎或其他传染性疾病的防控工作方面提供有益参考。

1 运动队在防控新型冠状病毒肺炎中的自身特点和难点

运动队均具有以下六个特点：一是运动队生源来源较广，且水平越高运动员来源越广。以举重项目国家队与山东队为例，举重国家队人员来自于5个国家和全国15個省自治区，而山东省队来自于1个国家8个省自治区（以2019年12月统计）。……
