〔摘要〕 目前，我国新冠肺炎疫情防控工作已从应急状态转为常态化，而预防仍然是工作的重中之重。时行感冒1号方，系湖南省重大传染病中医专家组组长陈新宇教授结合多年临床经验及专家组的智慧，研制出预防新冠肺炎感染的中药制剂。基于该方“益气固表、调和营卫、芳香化浊”的组方思路，提出针对常态化疫情防控下的不同人群预防策略，即“普通大众重在避其毒气、高危人群酌情预护其虚、康复患者谨防复发之虞”，以期为常态化疫情防控提供中医策略。

〔Abstract〕 At present， China's COVID-19 prevention and control work has shifted from emergency to normal， and prevention remains the top priority. No.1 prescription is a traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） preparation for prevention of COVID-19 infection developed by professor Chen Xinyu， the leader of the TCM expert group of major infectious diseases in Hunan province， combined with years of clinical experience and the wisdom of the expert group. Based on the formula's idea of "enriching qi and strengthening the surface， harmonizing the health care， and aromatizing the turbidity"， the prevention strategies for different populations under the normal epidemic prevention and control were proposed， that is， "the general public focus on avoiding its pathogenic factor， high-risk groups as appropriate to pre-care its deficiency， rehabilitation patients to guard against recurrence"， so as to provide TCM strategies to the normalized epidemic prevention and control.

目前，我国新型冠状病毒肺炎（简称“新冠肺炎”）疫情防控工作，已从应急状态转为常态化防控。但全球疫情防控形势仍十分严峻，病毒来源尚未明确，境外输入风险持续存在，而随着企业复工复产的推动，人群流动频繁，如何保证复工复产与疫情防控同步进行则是目前疫情常态化防控的关键所在。湖南省重大传染病中医专家组组长陈新宇教授通过对新冠肺炎的发病及临床特点进行分析，结合多年临床经验及专家组的智慧，研制出预防新冠肺炎感染的中药制剂——时行感冒1号方，其在疫情期间的防控工作发挥了重要作用。本文试从其组方思路进行分析，探讨新冠肺炎的中医预防措施，以期为常态化疫情防控工作提供中医思路。……
