【摘    要】在高中英语的各类教学活动中，词汇教学是基础的教学活动，但难以取得良好成效。学生在学习英语词汇时，常常会陷入记不住、易混淆、易忘却等困境中，进而导致英语词汇积累不够，学习效果较差。对此，教师可以应用记忆规律，提升词汇教学质量。教师可以根据时间规律，设计单词重复教学计划;根据数量规律，设计单词分类记忆计划;根据联想规律，设计情景整体记忆计划;根据方法规律，设计词汇结构教学计划。

A Probe into the Application of Memory Rules in English Vocabulary Teaching in Senior Middle Schools

【Abstract】Among the various teaching activities of high school English， vocabulary teaching is a basic teaching activity that is difficult to achieve good results. When students learn English vocabulary， they often fall into difficulties such as being unable to remember， easy to be confused， and forgetting， which leads to insufficient accumulation of English vocabulary and poor learning effect. In this regard， teachers can apply the rules of memory to improve the quality of vocabulary teaching. Teachers can design vocabulary repetition teaching plans based on time rules;  design word classification and memory plans based on quantity rules;associate rules to design overall memory plans for situations;design vocabulary structure teaching plans based on methods.

词汇是学生发展英语素养提升英语能力的重要基础，但是在日常的词汇教学中，学生的词汇学习与记忆活动会遇到记忆效果差等问题。教师在教学中应当应用记忆规律，以记忆规律提升词汇教学的有效性。记忆规律内涵较多，包括时间、数量、联想、方法等。在开展词汇教学时，教师应当了解这些规律，然后基于学生的问题设计具有针对性的单词教学、记忆、复习计划。如此，教师能够以记忆规律为动力，推动学生词汇学习能力的发展。

一、以时间规律，设计词汇重复记忆计划

在词汇学习与记忆中，学生常常会遇到遗忘过快的问题。很多学生对词汇学习丧失信心的原因就在于遗忘，这些学习每天都花费了大量的时间用于记忆单词，但是实际的效果很差。深究原因，是这些学生忽视了记忆的时间规律。教师需要结合时间规律，为学生设计合理的詞汇重复记忆计划。……
