摘  要：文章在了解静宁苹果产业及冷链物流发展概况的基础上，对影响二者协调发展的贡献与阻滞因素做出理论假设，运用实际调研数据统计分析验证假设，并基于研究结果提出合理化建议，以期针对性地发展该区域冷链物流并力争与其所依托的苹果产业协调、相辅相成，共同促进静宁苹果产业提质增效，从而促进地方经济良性发展。

Abstract： The article in understanding Jingning apple industry and the development situation of cold chain logistics， based on the factors affecting the coordinated development of both contributions and block to make theoretical assumptions， using the actual survey data statistical analysis verify the hypothesis， and put forward reasonable suggestions based on the results of the study， in order to target the development of the region of cold chain logistics coordination， and strive to its relying on apple industry complement each other， work together to promote Jingning apple industry benign mass efficiency so as to promote local economic development.

随着社会经济发展和居民生活水平的提高，消费者对农产品的质量尤其是生鲜农产品的质量安全日益重视，且生鲜农产品具有易腐烂、水分易散失、品质易下降、价格随季节变动较大等典型特征，使得传统农产品物流引入冷藏技术的现象越来越普遍。农产品冷链物流技术的应用，一方面满足了消费者对食品质量安全的要求，另一方面降低了鲜活农产品的耗损率，延长了生鲜农产品的贮藏期，便于生鲜农产品的错季销售，稳定其价格。一般而言，生鲜农产品在产季的销售价格较低，农产品领域加入冷链后，可将生鲜农产品保存到非产季销售，来获取更大的利润，从而促进生鲜农产品产业的发展，且一个区域的生鲜产业的发展又反作用于冷链物流，推动其快速升级。可见生鲜农产品产业与冷链物流的发展相辅相成，因此了解一个区域冷链物流与相关产业协调发展的现状及存在问题，找出影响其协调发展的因素并采取合理的措施解决相应问题对促进该区域农民增收、农业增效具有重要的现实意义。……
