摘  要：在绿色交通出行背景下，将小汽车出行比例中短距离小汽车出行转向自行车出行是一种实现绿色可持续交通的直接有效手段。对影响自行车出行方式选择行为的因素梳理后，根据文献梳理结果筛选影响短距离下自行车出行方式选择意愿的因素。通过意向获取了解影響自行车/小汽车意向选择的数据，运用因子分析总结归纳短距离下出行者从小汽车向自行车转移的影响因素，得到骑行意识与天气、道路条件、交通条件、出行费用和出行舒适度5个方面的影响因素。并对所得结果分析后，从个人骑行意识、城市规划设计和交通组织优化3个方面提出政策建议。

Abstract： In the context of green transportation， it is a direct and effective way to realize green and sustainable transportation to change the proportion of short distance transportation from car to bicycle. After sorting out the factors that influence the cycling travel mode selection behavior， the factors that influence the cycling travel mode selection willingness under short distance are selected according to the literature review results. The data influencing the choice of bicycle/car intention is obtained through intention， and the factors influencing the transfer of a traveler from a car to a bicycle in a short distance are summarized by factor analysis， so as to obtain the influencing factors of cycling consciousness， weather， road conditions， traffic conditions， travel cost and travel comfort. After analyzing the results， the author puts forward policy suggestions from three aspects： personal cycling consciousness， urban planning and design， and traffic organization optimization.

随着社会经济的发展和机动化程度水平的提高，小汽车出行比例越来越高，超负荷的小汽车出行造成了很多负面影响。然而在高比例的小汽车出行中很多出行者的驾车距离在自行车骑行距离范围内。根据北京调查数据显示[1]，在短距离出行中小汽车出行比例达到16%，高于自行车出行比例15%。短距离骑车出行不仅可以平衡出行交通结构、缓解交通拥堵以及减少环境污染，还能得到更加健康愉悦的出行生活方式。由此可见，通过自行车替代短距离小汽车出行是协调出行结构、缓解城市交通、提高出行者生活品质的极佳选择。然而，目前大部分学者主要关注的出行方式是公交车、地铁或自行车，较少学者关注到短距离出行中小汽车/自行车出行方式选择行为。……
