摘  要：随着传统零售模式向新零售模式转型升级的快速发展，农产品冷链物流线上线下融合速度不断加快。尽管新零售视角下农产品冷链物流的竞争优势明显，但仍存在不少问题。文章在对海南农产品冷链物流SWOT分析的基础上，提出加快构建农产品冷链物流体系、加速农产品冷链物流网络建设、推进新型冷链物流装备应用、建设冷链物流信息共享平台、培养农产品冷链物流人才、开拓跨境农产品冷链物流服务等建议。

Abstract： With the rapid transformation and upgrading of traditional retail model to new retail model， the online and offline integration of cold chain logistics of agricultural products is accelerating. Although the competition advantages of cold chain logistics of agricultural products from the perspective of new retail are prominent， there still exist many problems. In this thesis， based on an SWOT analysis on the cold chain logistics of agricultural products in Hainan province， relevant suggestions are proposed， including accelerating the formation of agricultural product cold chain logistics systems， speeding up the construction of agricultural product cold chain logistics networks， enhancing the application of new cold chain logistics equipment， setting up cold chain logistics information sharing platforms， cultivating professional talents for cold chain logistics of agricultural products and developing cross-border agricultural product cold chain logistics services， etc.

2017年12月26日，海南省人民政府办公厅印发关于加快推动冷链物流发展保障食品流通安全实施方案的通知，通知中明确指出为促进海南省热带特色高效农业的发展，提高人民群众生活品质，须加快推动冷链物流发展、保障鲜活农产品的流通安全。然而，在传统的农产品流通模式下，农产品从田间到餐桌不仅需要经过多个流通环节，而且面临着物流成本居高不下、农产品损耗率高等现实问题。……
