摘要：2021年12月15日，第13届中国—东盟智库战略对话论坛在中国广西南宁举行，与会国内外专家学者围绕“《区域全面经济伙伴关系协定》背景下的中国—东盟合作新机遇、新未来”的会议主题，以及“‘双循环’新发展格局下中国—东盟合作的机遇与未来”“后疫情时代中国—东盟合作的机遇与挑战”“中国—东盟绿色经济与可持续发展合作”“深化中国—东盟数字经济合作”等4个议题展开深入交流与研讨。文章对与会专家学者的主要观点进行综述。

A Summary of the 13th China-ASEAN Think Tank Strategic Dialogue Forum

Abstract： On December 15， 2021， the 13th China-ASEAN Think Tank Strategic Dialogue Forum was held in Nanning， Guangxi， China. Experts and scholars at home and abroad carried out in-depth exchanges and discussions under the theme of "new Opportunities and a new future for China-ASEAN Cooperation under the background of the RCEP" as well as "opportunities and future of China-ASEAN cooperation under the 'dual circulation' new development paradigm" "opportunities and challenges of China-ASEAN cooperation cooperation in the post-pandemic era"， "China-ASEAN'green economy' and sustainable development and cooperation" and "deepen China-ASEAN cooperation cooperation on  digital economy". This article summarizes the major viewpoints of the participants.

2021年是中国与东盟建立对话关系30周年。2021年11月22日，在中国—东盟建立对话关系30周年纪念峰会上通过的《中国—东盟建立对话关系30周年纪念峰会联合声明——面向和平、安全、繁荣和可持续发展的全面战略伙伴关系》指出：“中国—东盟关系是东盟同对话伙伴关系中最具活力、最富内涵、最为互利的关系之一，已成为东亚区域合作的典范，为亚太地区的和平稳定和发展繁荣作出重大贡献。”“共同宣布建立有意义、实质性、互利的中国—东盟全面战略伙伴关系。”在此背景下，由中国社会科学院、中国国务院参事室、广西壮族自治区人民政府主办，广西社会科学院、广西壮族自治区人民政府参事室、中国社会科学院亚太与全球战略研究院、中国—东盟博览会秘书处承办的第13届中国—東盟智库战略对话论坛于2021年12月15日在中国广西南宁举行。……
