摘  要：劳动教育在社会发展和个人成长中有着不容忽视的重要作用。近年来，国家及其相关部门相继颁发了系列文件对大中小学的劳动教育进行规划和引导，在这样的背景下，在家庭教育中实施劳动教育，充分发挥家庭这一主阵地的作用，不仅有助于劳动教育的贯彻、实施，也是个体成长和社会发展的必要路径之一。本文简要概述了家庭教育中劳动教育实施的意义，进而结合实际，提出了家庭中劳动教育实施的具体的方式、方法。

Research on the Implementation Path of Labor Education in the Family

【Abstract】Education on the hard-working spirit plays an important role in social development and personal growth. In recent years，the country and government have issued a series of documents to plan and guide the education on the hard-working spirit in schools. Now implementing education on the hard-working spirit in family education and giving full play to the role of the family will contribute to the implementation of labor education. This paper briefly summarizes the significance of the implementation of education on the hard-working spirit in family education，and then，combined with the reality，puts forward the specific ways and methods of labor education implementation.

勞动是社会发展和进步的基石，不仅是社会赖以生存和发展的基础，也是人类成长和进步必不可少的基本条件。对于学生而言，劳动是检验知识的路径，是促进知识更好的内化和迁移的具体方式，也是更好地认识社会的基本手段之一。一直以来，国家及其相关部门均十分重视学生的劳动教育，近年来更是相继发布了《关于全面加强新时代大中小学劳动教育的意见》、《大中小学劳动教育指导纲要（试行）》，对劳动教育进行方向的规划和方法的引导，更是明确指出“家庭要发挥在劳动教育中的基础作用”，具体到实践过程中，家庭作为学生尤其是中小学生最为重要的生活场所，如何贯彻和实施劳动教育，便成为了一个值得研究和论述的话题，辨析家庭在劳动教育实施中所应该承担的角色，探究劳动教育在家庭中的实施路径，有着极为重要的意义。……
