摘  要：在幼儿园，观察是老师了解孩子最直接的方式，《纲要》明确指出：教师要成为幼儿的观察者、指导者、合作者，清晰地提出了观察在幼儿成长中的作用。《指南》更明确指出：幼教改革最核心的观念是如何使幼儿本身站到教育舞台的中心，通过观察了解孩子，进而理解并支持他们，促进他们的深度学习与帮助他们更好的成长，成为我们教育的出发点。由此可见，我们应从儿童出发，观察了解他们的需要，分析我的观察……观察和倾听幼儿，支持幼儿的想法，促进他们成长。由此，我进行了积极的探索与研究。

Observe children and walk into children's world

——On the effective strategies to promote the deep learning of large class children in scientific regions

【Abstract】In kindergartens，observation is the most direct way for teachers to understand children.The outline clearly points out that teachers should be the observers，guides and cooperators of children，and clearly puts forward the role of observation in children's growth."Guide" more clearly points out： the core concept of preschool education reform is how to make children stand in the center of the education stage，understand and support children through observation，promote their deep learning and help them grow better，which has become the starting point of our education.It can be seen that we should start from children，observe their needs and analyze my observations Observe and listen to children，support their ideas and promote their growth.Therefore，I have carried on the active exploration and the research.

马古拉奇曾说过：“站在旁边等一会儿，留出空间仔细地观察幼儿，这样你的教学就会有所不同”。科学探索活动离不开对事物或科学现象的观察，观察是获取周围信息的基本方式，是幼儿获得科学知识的重要途径。随着孩子们的年龄特点与学习特点，他们对周围很多的事物的观察能力明显提高，积极动脑，喜欢用自己的小手探究事物发展的秘密。在他们探究的过程中，他们会问很多的“为什么”、“怎么是这样的”……他们在和老师、同伴的交流讨论中也能够发现更多有趣的事物和现象，那么，在对孩子们的观察中怎么样促进他们的深度学习呢……现谈谈自己的几点想法。

1.多样教研沙龙活动，观察中的思维碰撞

幼儿园的教研工作是幼儿园立园之本，更为了提升教师的专业能力、解读幼儿的各项能力和素养。
