摘  要：新课改的背景下，要求高中阶段的学生不仅要掌握知识，还要在德育教育下，树立正确的三观和道德。班主任对于高中阶段的学生来说有着重要的作用。因此，在对班级进行管理时，班主任要从德育的角度出发，向学生传递正确的思想价值观念，培养他们良好的德行。本文对班主任的德育工作理念和方法进行研究，旨在为以后的研究提供一定的参考。

My Humble Opinion on the Moral Education Work Ideas and Methods of Senior Middle School Teachers in Charge of the New Course

【Abstract】Under the background of the new curriculum reform，high school students are required not only to master knowledge，but also to establish the correct three concepts and morals under moral education. The head teacher plays an important role for high school students. Therefore，when managing the class，the teacher in charge of the class should start from the perspective of moral education，convey the correct ideological values to the students，and cultivate their good morals. This article studies the moral education work concepts and methods of the head teacher，aiming to provide a certain reference for future research.

高中階段的学生，生理和心理都逐渐走向成熟，同时有一定的经验，有着较强的个性，在这种情况下，班主任要扮演好课堂组织监督者与成长解惑者的角色。合格的班主任不仅能帮助学生解决学习上的障碍，更应该坚持德育教育理念，向学生传递正确、科学的价值观念、人生态度，保证学生的身心健康，促使其全面成长。

1.高中班主任德育工作的理念

（1）坚持科学发展观

高中班主任想要更好地向学生渗透德育知识，在管理班级时，要将德育教育与社会的真实情况联系在一起，对学生的高中教育进行规划，并与我国优良传统结合在一起，坚持科学发展观的理念，让学生养成良好的道德品质。

（2）坚持以人为本的理念

高中教师在开展德育教育时，要把学生当做主体，尊重学生的成长需求和个性发展，发散学生的思维，启迪学生的智慧，培养学生积极向上的性格，让学生热爱学习，能够更好地适应社会的发展，以此保证学生的身心可以健康地成长。……
