摘  要：随着中国教育改革和发展，纯粹的智力教育不再能满足社会发展的要求，中国提倡全面和优质的教育实践，这是塑造生活道德的重要一步。这次简要讨论了加强小学德育的意义，新形势下小学德育的多目的目标，维持小学德育的现状以及新时期加强小学德育的有效措施。

The Effective Way of Moral Education in Primary Schools in the New Era

【Abstract】 With the reform and development of Chinas education，pure intellectual education can no longer meet the requirements of social development. China advocates comprehensive and high-quality educational practice，which is an important step in shaping life ethics. This paper briefly discusses the significance of strengthening primary school moral education，the multi-objective objectives of primary school moral education under the new situation，the maintenance of the current situation of primary school moral education and the effective measures to strengthen primary school moral education in the new period.

新的课程改革对小学生的教育提出了新的要求，德育在小学生的教育中起着重要的作用，通过它可以有效地促进小学生素质教育的发展，小学教育是学生教育的基础，并非为将来的学习而设计，并且具有很强的模仿能力，当他们想看到和学习别人的动作时，这将很有趣，这导致两个效果，小学生可以通过向有资格的人学习而获得资格，相反，如果向一个不礼貌，品格不好的人学习，将不会变得更好，因此，迫切需要在基础教育中建立德育，中国已有五千年的历史，具有孝，爱国，敬老，爱青年等许多传统美德。既然它是我们国家的财富，我们就必须继续促进它。特别是在社会快速发展的时代，人们的思想经历了乏味的变化，一些传统的美德被遗忘了，这对社会产生了极大的负面影响。因此，在教授学生学科知识时，还应注意道德教育的建设。道德教育的最佳步骤是小学年龄。
