摘  要：在当前素质教育理念下，不仅需要重视学生的学业成绩与学习情况，还需要重视他们的内心发展。心理健康教育能够解决当前学生内心存在的问题，从而帮助他们建立正确的思想观和价值观，以此促进学生不断成长。在整个心理教育中家庭教育是尤为重要的一部分，应该给予一定重视，并采取有效的策略做出改善。本文从当前学校心理健康教育的角度出发，对心理健康教育的各项内容作出论述，以供参考。

The Role of Mental Health Education in Family Education

【Abstract】Under the current concept of quality education，it is not only necessary to pay attention to students' academic performance and learning，but also to their inner development. Mental health education can solve the current problems in students' hearts，thereby helping them to establish correct ideas and val ues，so as to promote the continuous growth of students. Family education is a particularly important part of the whole psychological education，which should be paid attention to and effective strategies should be adopted to make improvements. This article discusses various contents of mental health education from the perspective of current school mental health education for reference.

當前学生们的成长环境主要有学校、社会以及家庭三个方面，其中父母作为学生们的第一任教师，对于孩子们的心理健康教育有着重要的意义，父母能够更好的走进孩子们的内心，发现他们的心理问题以及日常中的行为问题。针对学生们的教导和引导，家庭方面应该给予一定的配合和帮助。这样能够确保心理教育工作的全面展开。不过目前来看，在整个心理健康教育系统的历程中，家庭心理教育相对比较薄弱，而且相应的研究与探索内容比较少，需要进一步作出研究与探讨，以此发挥心理教育的作用。

1.家庭心理健康教育的目标与任务

家庭心理健康教育开展的过程中家长应该承担对子女的家庭教育，学校需要对家长的心理健康指导进行帮助，学校可以为家庭成员树立相应的教育目标和指导方法，从而改善当前家庭心理环境，提高家庭教育质量，加强家庭成员的心理健康水平，具体体现在以下几个方面。……
