摘  要：2017年9月，一座家长虚拟“学习城”在东阳市实验小学诞生，“家庭教育研究院”（以下简称家教院）相当于一座“父母大学”，与普通的“父母学校”不同，它不仅限于家长会，参与一些学校行政事务协助，它更注重的是学院里每个学员的家庭教育知识学习，学员的培养目标分层：A层“种子父母”指向于培养“家庭教育指导师”资源库人选，B层“种子父母”更多带动身边人扎实学习，改进家庭教育策略，C层“种子父母”重点帮扶特殊行为偏差的孩子，主要是注意力缺陷、多動症、学习障碍等，通过医教结合和认知行为疗法，矫正特异孩子行为偏差，提升自尊心、自信心，发展儿童思维力以及学习力等。

A New Approach to Home-school Synergy Based on Family Growth Needs

【Abstract】In September 2017，a virtual "learning city" for parents was born in Dongyang experimental primary school. The "Family Education Research Institute" （hereinafter referred to as "home education institute"） is equivalent to a "parents' University". Different from the ordinary "parent school"，it is not only limited to the parents' Association，but also participates in some school administrative affairs assistance. It pays more attention to the family education knowledge learning and learning of each student in the college Stratification of training objectives： level a "seed parents" refers to the cultivation of "family education guidance tutor" resource pool candidates，level B "seed parents" more to drive people around to solid learning，improve family education strategies，level C "seed parents" focus on helping children with special behavior deviation，mainly attention deficit，hyperactivity disorder，learning disability，etc.，through the combination of medical education and cognitive behavior Therapy，correct the behavior deviation of special children，improve self-esteem，self-confidence，develop children's thinking ability and learning ability.

1.实小有座“父母学习城”—播种一个“芽”和“露”的梦想

专注德育二十年，每每听着班主任们无奈地诉说着熊孩子“劣迹”，作为学校德育分管副校长的我，心中总会升腾莫名的感伤，心痛不已。陈煊瀚（五年级），一个虎头虎脑的男生，爸爸是船员，一年难得回来几趟，妈妈没有固定工作。经测试这孩子智力完全正常，但上课却完全无法静心学习，稍不顺心发起脾气来，便如“笼中困兽”般歇斯底里，攻击同学不说，一旦跟同学有身体触碰等，顺手拿起的剪刀，常吓得老师一身冷汗;叶楼皓（二年级），一个看起来机灵捣蛋的家伙，明明刚入学就能计算百以内加减法，可平日测验常常都是零分，且不说他上课钻……
