摘  要：家庭教育质量与父母的教育能力息息相关。近年来，以提升家长教育能力的家庭教育指导服务工作在国家政策的推动下受到了全社会的广泛关注。为了能够更好地应对新形势下的新要求，本研究基于“理论与活动并重，实践与反思并举”理念，运用打比方、举例子的形式去阐释教育理论，利用心理团体辅导的相关技术使家长在活动中得到亲身体悟，采用量化分析与质性研究相结合的方法去检验活动效果。以此方式开展的“智慧父母成长沙龙”线下活动成效显著，也为家庭教育指导服务提供了一个以学校为主导的实践模式。

Salon about the Growth of Wise Parents

【Abstract】The quality of family education is closely related to the educational ability of parents. In recent years，family education and guidance services to improve parents educational capabilities have received extensive attention from the entire society under the impetus of national policies. In order to be able to better respond to the new requirements under the new situation，this research is based on the concept of "theory and activities are equal，practice and reflection are both at the same time". Parents get personal experience in the activity，and use a combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative research to test the effect of the activity. The offline activities of the "Smart Parents Growth Salon" carried out in this way have achieved remarkable results and also provide a school-led practice model for family education guidance services.

家庭教育是以親子关系为中心，伴随日常生活而进行的教育，对孩子的认知、情感、行为和人格方面存在着深远的影响。每个父母都希望自己的孩子能够很好地生活。父母对于孩子的期许很高，如果孩子出现“不当行为”时，父母下意识的会让孩子对行为进行修正，很多时候没有加以引导，但是一个磨蹭的时候很可能是在认真的思考问题;一个孩子出现多动的时候是在逐渐养成实践行动能力，因此父母的教育方式是非常考验智慧的。同时父母对孩子的教育在很大程度上并不受家庭经济水平、父母文化程度的影响，更多的是受家庭教养方式的影响，然而，家庭教养方式的转变、父母教育能力的提升都离不开家庭教育指导服务工作的开展。……
