摘  要： 在“新工科”背景下，分析了职业技能融合职业精神对于软件人才培养的重要性。针对目前高职院校软件技术专业的人才培养质量不高的问题，提出了以“工单”制为核心的新型培养模式，以提高毕业生的实践能力和创新能力。通过构建真实的学习实训环境，引入企业前沿的实战项目，借鉴企业的考核体系，做好职业技能训练的同时融入工匠精神的培养，探索出一个可借鉴的培养模式。

Abstract： In the context of New Engineering Education， this paper analyzes the importance of integrating vocational skills with professionalism for software talent training. In view of the low quality training for software technology majored personnel in higher vocational colleges， this paper puts forward a new training mode with "work order" system， so as to improve the practical ability and innovation ability of graduates. By constructing the real learning and training environment， introducing the enterprise's cutting-edge practical projects， learning from the enterprise's assessment system， ensuring that integrate the cultivation of craftsman spirit while train the vocational skills， this paper explores a training mode that can be used for reference.

0 引言

近年來，随着各行各业信息化标准的逐步提升和相关政策的大力扶持，软件产业迅猛发展，社会对于各类软件的需求日益增长，同时，“大数据”、“云计算”、“人工智能”等新兴技术如雨后春笋般涌现，软件行业的人才缺口问题凸显;另外，在软件人才培养上，缺少较为统一的培养标准、人才的评价标准等问题，使得供需矛盾持续增大，整个行业面临巨大挑战。

以就业为导向、培养技能型人才的高职院校，作为软件人才培养的重要阵地，在2019年党中央、国务院提出“高职扩招100万”的政策背景下，如何改革培养模式，为社会输送符合行业需求的人才，成为亟待解决的问题。因此，高职院校要从行业和企业的角度去探索出一个以立德树人为根本，从工匠精神培养层面，以“工单”制为核心，职业技能融合职业精神的培养模式。
