摘 要：高校政治生态环境影响办学质量与学校发展，“关键少数”的“头雁效应”是优化高校生态环境的关键但不是全部，全体师生的共同参与、意识提升是优质政治生态的保障。提炼并分析高校政治生态优化的核心要素，在此基础上探讨优化方法、实施着力点与有效路径，可为高校深化政治生态建设提供参考借鉴。

A Core-elements Based Analysis of the Optimized Path of Political Ecologyin Colleges and Universities

Abstract：Political ecological environment can affect the quality and development of colleges and universities. “The leading wild goose effect” of “the key minority” is crucial to the optimization of the ecological environment in colleges and universities， but it is not the whole. The joint participation and raising awareness of teaching staff and students are the guarantee of premium political ecology. On the basis of extracting and analyzing the core elements of the optimization of political ecology in colleges and universities， this research discusses the optimization methods， implementation focus and effective paths， providing reference for deepening the construction of political ecological construction in colleges and universities.

设，必须营造一个良好从政环境，也就是要有一个好的政治生态。”在此后的不同场合多次提到“政治生态”，优化政治生态是全面从严治党的重要保障。研究学者从不同角度研究阐释“政治生态”的内涵定义，综合学者分析，可将“政治生态”概括定义为：政治系统内部各要素之间以及政治系统与其他社会系统之间相互作用、相互影响、相互制约所形成的生态联动。“政治生态”是政治生活现状以及政治发展环境的集中反映，是党风、政风和社会风气的综合体现。习近平总书记强调“做好各方面工作，必须有一个良好政治生态”[1]，它是衡量是否养成良好政治习惯和思想价值观念的重要考量指标，政治生态建设是党内政治文化和政治生活的目标指向，风清气正的党内政治生态，有利于凈化党员干部培养环境、规范党员干部思想行为，引导党员干部始终保持党的先进性和纯洁性，保持党的创造力和凝聚力。

关于“高校政治生态”，通过梳理不同层面的座谈讲话与研究文献，发现学者基于不同研究视角，认识理解不尽相同。……
