摘 要 以5G为代表的新基建的发展为智慧图书馆的建设实践奠定了坚实的物质基础和技术基础，而智慧图书馆需要以用户为中心来开展服务，最大限度地满足用户的个性化、多元化、实时化、专业化等需求。文章基于分析用户在信息资源、空间环境、服务效率、科学素养四个方面的需求变化，构建了用户需求驱动的智慧图书馆四维服务体系，论述了用户需求驱动的智慧图书馆发展策略。

Research on Service System of Smart Library Driven by User Demand

Abstract Abstract The development of new infrastructure represented by 5G has provided a solid material and technical foundation for the construction and practice of smart library. And the service carried out by smart library must focus on the users， in order to maximally meet the personalized， diversified， real-time and professional needs of users. Based on the analysis of users needs in information resources， space environment， service efficiency and scientific literacy， this paper constructs the four-dimensional service system of smart library driven by user demand. Then， the development strategy of smart library driven by users needs is discussed.

0 引言

图书馆是一个生长着的有机体，用户需求和信息技术驱动着图书馆的发展，建立在数字化、网络化、智能化坚实基础之上的智慧图书馆正逐渐成为图书馆的新业态。文献调研表明，自Markus Aittola在2003年正式提出“智慧图书馆”概念以来，国内外关于智慧图书馆的研究形成了丰富的成果，理论内涵和实践应用均得到了深化和发展，特别是近年来大数据、人工智能、5G等技术的快速发展大大推进了智慧图书馆由理论研究向建设实践过渡的进程。但总体而言，目前智慧图书馆建设仍然处于探索阶段，规划布局还需要更深层次的理论内涵来引领方向，建设实践也亟待新技术、新规范的支撑和保障。此外，文献调研同样表明，现有研究的焦点更多集中在技术驱动层面，缺乏对用户需求的关注。笔者认为用户作为智慧图书馆服务的中心，用户需求始终是驱动图书馆发展的外在动力，面对用户的需求变化，智慧图书馆建设应当综合考虑用户需求和技术的共同驱动作用。……
