摘 要 校园文化建设与传承需要图书馆发挥馆藏特色资源服务的优势，同时图书馆也应将校园文化传承职能作为发展特色馆藏建设的契机。挖掘本校独特的校史文献资源，开展校史主题文献阅读推广活动，研究促进大学生阅读分享的技术手段与激励举措，探索主题阅读推广可持续发展的长效机制，应成为高校图书馆关注与研究的重点。

Practice and Thinking on the Promotion of Theme Reading in University Library： Taking the Promotion of “School History Reading” in the Library of Nanjing Normal University as an ExampleZhu Ming， Liu Jing， Yuan Hua

Abstract The construction and inheritance of campus culture requires the library to give full play to the advantages of the characteristic resource service of the collection. At the same time， the library should also take the function of inheriting campus culture as an opportunity to develop the construction of characteristic collections. Exploring the unique school history literature resources of universities， launching school history special literature reading promotion activities， researching technical means and incentive measures to promote reading sharing of university students， and exploring the long-term mechanism of the sustainable development of special literature reading promotion， should become the focus of attention and research of university libraries.

随着全民阅读工作日益受到重视，高校图书馆的阅读推广工作显得尤为重要，各高校图书馆的阅读推广形式不断创新，其中主题阅读推广已经成为阅读推广工作的重要抓手。作为校史文献的主要收藏机构，高校图书馆应将校史阅读推广作为主题阅读关注与研究的重点。王波认为每个大学都有其成就与个性，向新生推荐精挑细选“校史校情”类书籍，将加深他们对学校的感情，帮助他们更好地融入学校，提升他们的自豪感、荣誉感[1]。张麒麟基于“分校阅读”理念认为校史图书、校友传记类“校本”读物是学校文化底蕴的重要组成部分，推荐阅读可以唤起师生们对学校的热爱和对自身发展的激励[2]。吴童认为高校校史是一本高校“立德树人”的教科书，在高校“立德树人”过程中具有特殊的地位和作用[3]。开发与利用校史文献资源不仅能体现每所高校自身独特的历史，而且也能凝聚深厚的师生与校友的情感，构成了高校特色校园文化[4]。……
