摘 要 在文旅融合发展的大背景下，公共图书馆地方特色资源库迎来新的发展机遇，可以成为旅游文化资源，为旅游服务，特别是在特色旅游、主题旅游、研学等方面满足公众个性化旅游的需求。文章从地方特色资源库建设现状出发，分析了地方特色资源库与旅游融合发展的意义，以及如何为旅游服务。同时，文章从加强旅游文化资源整合、创新资源库建设形式、拓宽服务方式、在省级区域内实现共建共享等方面阐述了公共图书馆地方特色资源库建设思考。

Thinking on the Construction of Local Characteristic Resource Bank in Public Library Under the Integration of Culture and Tourism

Abstract Under the background of the integrated development of culture and tourism， the local characteristic resource pool of public library ushered in new development opportunities. It can also be a tourism resource and serve for tourism， especially in the aspects of characteristic tourism， theme tourism and tourism learning to meet the needs of personalized tourism. Based on the current situation of the construction of the characteristic resource bank， this paper analyzes the significance of the integration and development of the local characteristic resource bank and tourism and how to serve tourism. At the same time， this paper expounds the thinking on the construction of library characteristic resource base from the aspects of strengthening the integration of tourism and cultural resources， innovating the construction form of resource base， broadening the service mode， and realizing the co-construction and sharing in the provincial region.

2018年4月，文化和旅游部正式掛牌组建，标志着我国文化事业、文化产业和旅游业进入高速融合发展时期，各地开启了文旅融合发展的新篇章。面对如此机遇，公共图书馆如何发挥优势与旅游融合、为旅游服务是当前迫切需要思考的问题。公共图书馆地方特色资源库以地方特色资源为主题，反映区域内人文地理、风土民情和历史风貌，与旅游关系最为密切，可以成为公共图书馆与旅游融合发展服务的重点内容。

1 公共图书馆地方特色资源库
